Campano Golf Club

Campano Golf is located toward the 14.7 kilometer of the N-340, in the town of Chiclana de la Frontera. With a tour of nine holes, but preparing for the construction of the remaining nine is an original design by Robert Trent Jones. Opened in 1985 and designed by Robert Trent, as we have already said, is possibly the best known and best designer golf courses of all time. In Spain, Mr Jones did Sotogrande, Las Brisas, Marbella and Golf Valderrama.

Their design meets all the wishes of golfers, both pros and amateurs. The old rule of hard par, easy bogey but has become consistently in this design.

Forced to play with great accuracy, especially in the very narrow exits, where you can sacrifice the distance of the drive to change out with shorter irons or woods to ensure that the ball rests in the fairway. It is practically flat, with 9 holes that run on natural surroundings of pine trees and centenary. Among its highlights the number 2 hole, a par 5 that crosses a creek, turn almost 90 degrees to finish in the single rise in the field. The green is protected by a large pine tree, which requires a second or third extraordinary coup, as play for par or Birdie.
